Our modern control room monitors renewable energy plants and battery storage facilities in nine countries 24/7 and responds quickly and expertly to fault reports.

We know: Every energy park is different; every operator has different needs. That's why our operational management modules offer maximum flexibility. You can choose between three service levels: Basic, Comfort and Premium.

The Basic modules are ideal for operators who want to take care of most of the operational management on their own.
Our Comfort modules comprise the central and more complex Operational Management services. These include inspections, fault clearance, deadline and condition management, along with accounting and commercial management. They are the core of our O&M offers.
Our Premium modules are the cherry on top of the cake in terms of individual optimisation, evaluation, and consulting with in-depth engineering knowledge. This is how we get the best out of your wind farm, with maximum relief on your end. Our comprehensive premium services are a special offer that conventional operation managers cannot provide. In the premium package, all basic and comfort services are included.

We Offer Complete Documentation

Unlike many of our competitors, we have our own department for project auditing and handover: we collect, check and compare all documents from the planning, construction and financing phases. Operators have prompt access to all project data, an overview of warranty periods and documentation relevant to safety and approval. On request, we also initiate, accompany and take responsibility for the acceptance test of the wind farm and supervise the elimination of defects. In this way, we build the basis for an efficient operational management.

Operators of several wind farms benefit from technical and commercial portfolio management: A personal contact person manages your portfolio. The uniform data preparation of all wind farms enables cross-wind-farm analyses, brings synergy effects, and makes the work of asset managers easier.
